Tickets are now on sale for our summer concert!

This year's summer concert is truly a concert of two halves as we begin with the challenging but beautiful Fauré's Requiem, followed in the second half by some of our most beloved pieces, as voted for by choir members themselves. These range from the uplifting For the Beauty of the Earth, soft rock piece Toto's Africa and the fun, light-hearted A La Carte.

Fauré's Requiem is a musical setting of the Requiem Mass, distinguished by its peaceful and serene atmosphere, rather than the dramatic and fearful tone often associated with other Requiem settings.

It features powerful and beautiful choral melodies, alongside solo passages, including the famous Pie Jesu.
